Prosciutto di San Daniele Fruit “Sushi”

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Prosciutto di San Daniele
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 mango
  • 12 chives

Directions

  1. Arrange two slices of Prosciutto di San Daniele side by side, overlapping by ½ inch to make a rectangle.
  2. Cut avocado and mango into matchsticks (about 4 inches long).
  3. Place a few pieces avocado, mango and chives in a mound crosswise at one end of the prosciutto rectangle and roll up tightly.
  4. Cut the roll into 4 pieces.
  5. Repeat with remaining Prosciutto, avocado, mango and chives.
