2 potatoes, cooked and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
3 cups Montasio cheese, coarsely grated
Pepper to taste
In a 8-inch non-stick pan over medium heat, add half of Montasio cheese. Cook until edges start to brown, about 5 minutes. Add potato slices in a single layer and sprinkle with pepper. Top with remaining Montasio cheese and cook another 3-5 minutes. If there is oil in the pan, using a paper towel, drain oil. Flip frico and cook another 5-7 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and cut into wedges. Serve with salad.
